Ethnic snacks manufacturer Cofresh is aiming to raise thousands of pounds for LOROS hospice.
The Thurmaston company is donating 5p from sales of every packet of Cofresh hummus and lentil chips, as part of its ongoing support for the Glenfield charity.
Priyesh Patel, managing director of the family business, said: "It is anticipated £5,000 will be raised over the next four months of sales."
LOROS specialises in hospice care for people over 16 and gives family support.
The charity charges no fees for its services, which are available to all, regardless of ethnic background or faith.
It relies on the generosity of individuals, organisations and groups as well as trusts and the business community.
"LOROS is a charity very close to our hearts,'" said Mr Patel.
"We are delighted to be supporting them and can't thank our customers enough for buying our hummus and lentil chips, as every special marked packet results in money being donated to this worthwhile cause."
