On Thursday 3rd September, Correct Scores Golf Day, organised by Dale Hall, raised a fantastic £510 for LOROS.
Laura Fitzsawyer, Fundraising Assistant at LOROS said: "We couldn’t provide our services without the people who support us and we truly appreciate people like Dale, who raise funds that can make a real difference to our patients and their families."
This September marks LOROS’ 40th birthday since it first opened its doors in 1985.
They say elephants never forget. Now LOROS is keeping that promise with its Remember Me elephant. The mammoth elephant is the work of local artist Anna Shutt, who was inspired by looking through photograph albums of relatives.
LOROS Hospice is pleased to confirm it will receive a share of the Government’s recently announced £75 million capital fund for hospices in England.
