Raynsway Properties organise a summer raffle for LOROS

Raynsway Properties is a local family business in the heart of Thurmaston village in Leicestershire. They own a lovely marina and, over the summer, their residents have been raising money to donate to LOROS.

Amey Rayns & Julie Brace, from Raynsway Properties, recently visited LOROS to donate the money they raised from their summer raffle and were invited to tour the Hospice so that they may appreciate how their donation is going to help us.

Alex Gamble, Partnership Development Executive said: “It’s wonderful that the Rayns Family and their guests have raised £100 by holding a summer raffle. This could pay for 10 patients to be taken to and from day therapy at the hospice and is a great example of how their donation makes a real difference to our patients and their families. We would like to thank them for their continued support and we do hope to co-operate with Raynsway Properties in the future.”

Natalie Rayns said: "My Granddad was at LOROS in 2011 and we were so blessed with the care he received in the short space of time before he sadly passed away; we we will always be so grateful to LOROS.”
