Charterhouse Holdings plc have generously donated surplus stock to LOROS with an estimated resale value of £800.

The donated clothes, all brand new from Charterhouse Holdings plc Kustom Kit range, will be sold throughout our 25 LOROS charity shops helping to raise £4.5 million needed each year to continue to provide patient care.

Elaine Godber, Corporate and Community Relations Coordinator said: “The quality of the clothes donation was first class and LOROS is thrilled to be chosen by Charterhouse Holdings as one of their charities of choice to support. We are delighted to be working in partnership with Charterhouse Holdings and thank them so much for their generous support”

Elaine presented Stephen Bott, HR and Operations Coordinator, with a Thank you certificate whilst volunteer June Janes proudly displays examples of merchandise and garments sold by Xpres and Kustom Kit, brands of Charterhouse Holdings.

Stephen commented: “We are delighted to be supporting the amazing work that LOROS carries out, not only at the Hospice, but also in the local community. Being a Leicestershire-based company, we believe strongly in supporting local charities and businesses.

"We hope that our clothes donation to LOROS goes at least some way to raising vital funds for it and are looking forward very much to getting involved in future LOROS fundraising activities”.
