Members of the local Pigeon Club, who meet regularly at the Braunstone Victoria Working Mens Club on Cantrell Road, Leicester, recently visited LOROS and presented them with a cheque for £1,430.

Adrian Walker, Senior Fundraiser at LOROS said: "We would like to say a big thank you to the Pigeon Club for their extremely generous donation. The money they raised could be used to pay for a whole day of home visits by the Community Nurse Specialist team."

The Braunstone Victoria Working Mens Club has also very kindly offered to hire out their function room free of charge for any LOROS events, so if anyone would like to take advantage of this very charitable offer, then please contact the club direct.
