Ceri Dupree shows net £1,000 for LOROS

The outrageous Ceri Dupree took the Conservative Club in Syston by storm last Friday and Saturday evening.

With sell out concerts on both nights, the lucky people who managed to get tickets were treated to an evening of amazing costumes, and wonderful impressions by Ceri, who is one of the best female impersonators around.

Adrian Walker, Senior Fundraiser at LOROS said: "We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who supported this event. The £2,007 raised was split equally between LOROS & Sophie “I” Hopes. Our share of that could pay for one of our Community Nurse Specialists to visit 10 patients in their own homes, providing free care and support to them and their family members."

Debbie Dickman, Fundraising co-ordinator at LOROS added: "I would like to pay special thanks to Kevin Sadler who organised the event, to Michelle Rowe, Jason Hamilton and Kyle Philips for all their help and to Keeley and all the staff at the Conservative Club for their hospitality - it was a fabulous night."
