Pure Networking events are included as a complimentary part of Chamber membership. They take place across the county, are informal and designed for members to make new contacts over a tea or coffee with fellow members and staff.
LOROS recently helped to host East Midlands Chamber's event for the second time and the relaxed format allowed those who attended to meet and mingle with fellow attendees. Taken at their own pace and leisure, it allowed them to create awareness of their own businesses and build relationships with others.
Chamber members were also treated to a tour of the Hospice and heard how it provides free, high-quality, compassionate care and support to terminally ill adult patients, their family and carers.
Magdalena Korytkowska, Fundraising Co-ordinator at LOROS said: "This was another very successful evening and we received some good leads which we will definitely be following up.
"It was a privilege for us to host the event and to show Chamber members around - we are already looking forward to the next one."
