Boxer Rendall Munroe has already signed up to support LOROS's 30 For 30 campaign.

The former European and Commonwealth super-bantamweight champion, who lives in Leicestershire, is dusting off his gloves and giving 30 people the chance to get into the boxing ring with him.

Each person, who must donate a minimum of £5 for the hospice, will then take part in a two-minute spar with him.

Rendall (pictured) said: "As soon as the staff at LOROS told me about their campaign, I wanted to get involved.

"I always try and promote local charities and what better way to show my support to LOROS than by combining my passion for fund-raising with my love of boxing. Anybody can take part. It's going to be a lot of fun and I'm really looking forward to it."

The event will take place on Saturday, September 26, from midday, at the Rendall Munroe Boxing and Fitness Gym, in Leicester.

To sign up, call 0752 227 6738 and quote "LOROS30".

LOROS Hospice is encouraging as many individuals, organisations and businesses across the city and county to support their campaign.

Let LOROS know how you are getting involved by calling 0116 231 8447 or e-mailing them. Remember to use the hashtag #LOROS30 across all social media.
