Magdalena Korytkowksa, Corporate Fundraising Co-ordinator at LOROS, recently visited Specsavers in Leicester City Centre to thank them for their continuing support.

She said: "I was amazed to see that the staff had created a charity challenge notice board and added a barometer to chart their fundraising total - what a lovely idea!

"They are definitely up for their challenge and have lots of things in the pipeline, including a 'one year challenge' by Tony Walker.

"He will be running, cycling and competing in many challenges and races to raise as much money as possible for LOROS.

"Tony has already completed a park run, a duathlon at Mallory Park, the LOROS St George's tower run and is now gearing up for the Leicester to Skegness bike ride at the end of April.

"I wish Tony and the team all the luck in the world and hope they can achieve their objective."
