Isban is Santander´s specialist banking software company.

They are committed to supporting good causes and each month a charity is chosen by their employees to receive a £500 corporate donation.

Last month James Attenborough nominated LOROS as one of the chosen charities and the Hospice won the voting stage.

Isban staff handed over the cheque during a visit by LOROS staff at the end of June.

Caroline Parrott, Senior HR Business Partner at Isban UK said: “on behalf of all the staff that voted for LOROS it is a great pleasure to be able to support such a tremendous cause and we know that it has helped some of our staff on a very personal level, which makes it extra special for us.

"We look forward to working with LOROS for many more years to come.”

Adrian Walker, Interim Fundraising Manager at LOROS added: “We are incredibly grateful to the staff from Isban for voting and choosing to donate £500 to the Hospice. This will enable us to continue to provide the quality care given to patients and their families across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.

"The employees at both Santander and Isban, have also championed the Hospice by hosting a Donation Station, volunteering their time and joining in our campaigns.

"We would like to say a huge thank you each and every one of them for their continued support and we look forward to the possibility of a lasting partnership with both Companies."
