Leicestershire and Rutland County Councils are seeking your views to help assess end of life and bereavement services as part of their joint strategic needs assessment.
Have your say about local services in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland by completing the End of Life Survey aimed at capturing the experiences and views of the those who:
Have experienced a bereavement
Either currently or have previously been a carer for a friend or family member nearing the end of life
Currently work/volunteer in end of life / palliative care services
