In support of Carers Week, which this year runs between 5-11 June 2023, we have filmed a series of short videos that will answer some questions that we frequently receive from Carers. There are millions of unpaid carers in the UK and Carers Week helps spread the word about the challenges they face during their time of caring for loved ones.
In late November, four additional beds were opened on LOROS Hospice’s inpatient ward thanks to short-term winter pressures funding. Due to end in March, this funding has already enabled 17 patients to receive the specialist palliative care they urgently needed.
LOROS Hospice has today announced that it has secured funding to open four additional beds on its inpatient ward.
