Following this year’s hugely successful and record-breaking Twilight Walk, LOROS are hoping for the same turnout at the summer’s family-friendly Colourfun Mile.
Jonathan Mason’s father, Brian, was an inpatient on the ward at LOROS last year, after being diagnosed with prostate cancer.
The hospice’s chief executive, John Knight, said: "This is a really exciting project for us, and I believe we are the first hospice in the country to have specifically commissioned such a film as a therapeutic tool using a familiar local setting."
