Who is this course recommended for?
Registered nurses/ allied health and social care professionals (band 6 (NHS) equivalent and above)
What will I learn from this course?
It explores challenging communication issues from the participant’s practice. This will be achieved through role play with trained actors using video feedback.
· Barriers to effective communication
· Skills which facilitate effective communication
· Strategies and structures for important conversations.
It is essential delegates attend both days and undertake a videoed simulation.
