Colleagues from Tokio Marine completed the Thames Path Challenge last weekend as part of their commitment to raise funds for LOROS, their chosen Charity of the Year.
The event, which is part of the Ultra Challenge series, saw the participants complete an amazing and historic route from Putney Bridge to Henley.
Colleagues at the office in Rearsby also showed their support by taking part in their own static challenge and running, cycling and rowing the equivalent distance from Rearsby to Blackpool!
The challenges were made all the more meaningful as unfortunately one of the staff at Tokio Marine lost her Mum, Jillian Kirk, at the Hospice the day before the event.
Thank you so much for doing this guys; we know you have committed to a lot of fundraising events in order to secure crucial funds for us and we really do appreciate that you have competed this particular event at such an emotional time.
