Massive congratulations to everyone who completed The Great North Run last weekend, but especially to our 22 LOROS runners who all crossed the line safely despite the heat and occasional congestion on the course.
It was a great day out covering 13.1 miles from Newcastle City Centre, all the way out to South Shields, with the sea coming into view in the final miles, before a picturesque run along the coast to the finish line.
Thank you to each and every one of you for all your hard work, both in running the race and fundraising for the Hospice. It is truly appreciated- your times are listed below.
