Drum roll for Coventry Building Society, Leicester who have just smashed through the £14,000 barrier raising funds for the Hospice.

They began their partnership with LOROS in June 2014 and raised £1,691.69. The following year saw them double that, raising a fantastic £3,998.05 and taking their total to £5,689.74.

In 2016, not only did they beat their previous year but smashed through both years added together - they raised a huge £8,535.26.

Their Accumulator Challenge raised £5,800, credits for their donation station were £1,525 and other activities, including Christmas tombola, books, donations, wear yellow day, walk to New York and much more, totalled a further £1,210.26.

Added to their two previous years the grand total raised is a very impressive £14,225. For a small team of eight that is one MASSIVE achievement!

Magda Korytkowska, Corporate Fundraising Co-ordinator at LOROS said: "Thank you so much for your amazing fundraising towards the work of the Hospice.

"The total raised in just three years could pay for the cost of providing care on our ward for two patients for a whole year - a truly wonderful accomplishment.

"I am looking forward to working with you throughout 2017 and seeing you break throught that £20,000 barrier."
