Scraptoft Golf Club, on Beeby Road raised more than £300 for LOROS by holding a raffle for a car parking space at their New Year's Day Captains' Drive-in match.
Lady Captain, Jill Woodford and Men’s Captain, Cliff Watts, who recently visited the Hospice, chose LOROS as their charity whilst they are in office.
We would like to thank Jill and Cliff and all the golf club members for their support; the amount they raised could pay for 12 hours of care for one of our inpatients and shows that their donation can make a big difference!
