Consultant and Lead Clinician at LOROS, Dr Luke Feathers. was recently presented with a cheque for £350 from a family in memory of a LOROS patient who died after losing her battle to Multiple System Atrophy (MSA).
Ann Thorpe, who suffered with the terminal illness MSA, attended LOROS Day Therapy and clinics before she died at Christmas.
In her memory, the family decided they wanted the Hospice to benefit, so presented Dr Feathers with their donation, during the 20th Anniversary party for the Multiple System Atrophy Trust.
