Doug Erskine from Energy Technologies Institute paid a visit to LOROS after donating £115 that was raised by the staff.
He was shown around the Hospice and was keen to learn more about the unique and individual care and support that we can give to our patients, their family and carers.
Doug said: “My mother was looked after at Hayward House in Nottingham so I know first-hand the wonderful care that organisations such as yours provide and I’m so pleased we are able, in our small way, to to assist you with this.”
The £115 received from the staff at the Energy Technologies Institute could pay for a patient’s meals for 23 days - your donations, no matter how big or small, always make a difference to us!
