The 11th Annual LOROS Golf Day took place on Friday 19th May and although the great British weather did its best to dampen our spirits, the event was our most successful golf day ever raising almost £15,000 for our charity! A big thank you to all of the sponsors for their support this year. Golfers were able to enjoy hospitality both on and off the course thanks to the generous support of local suppliers such as Burleighs Gin, Charnwood Brewery and Norths of Rothley, with thanks going to Spire, Mosdorfer and Sturgess for sponsoring the main meals.
Thank you to Danny Spillane and the team at Rothley Park Golf Club and to Sam Spillane at SJ Events for all their support in the run up to and during the event.
Finally, a big thank you to the 24 teams who persevered the elements and helped us to raise such a wonderful amount!
