Sue Sansome and her friend Charlotte, recently held another coffee morning in memory of their dear friend and neighbour, Lynda Bloomer.
Debbie Dickman, Fundraising Co-ordinator at LOROS said: "What a brilliant effort by Sue and her friends once again this year. They raised another whopping £2,049 which is fantastic.
"This could pay for the cost of one of our specialist nurses for almost three weeks and we would like to say a huge thank you to each and every single person that helped Sue and Charlotte make this such a successful event.”
