Lloyds Quiz Night, organised by Ian Fisher, was held at the Parcel Yard in Leicester and was enjoyed by approximately 70 of Lloyds' Bank professional business partners.

LOROS was chosen as the beneficiary of the event with the entry fees from the teams (£100 per team of five) being donated directly to the Hospice.

Magdalena Korytkowska, Partnership Development Lead at LOROS said: "I am delighted that the event was so successful and that everyone had a superb evening, whilst raising funds for the Hospice.

"We were thrilled to be chosen as the recipient of the proceeds from this event and I know that Ian has applied to Lloyds Bank Charitable Funds for match giving.  If successful, it will raise their total to a wonderful £2,000 which could pay for the cost of one of our specialist nurses for almost three whole weeks!

"On behalf of LOROS, I would like to thank all the participating teams for their support and for warmly welcoming Wayne Matts, our Director of Finance, who gave a short presentation about LOROS Hospice and Lindsey Geary, our Lottery Promoter, who signed up 10 new players."
