27 teams began their Accumulator Challenge this month (March) and are set to raise as much money as they can for LOROS.
They are the 33rd/65th Leicester Scouts, Regent College, TSB, AXA Healthcare, KPE Group, Pepsico, Charlene and her family and 20, yes 20! teams from Goldsmiths, Leicester.
The Challenge will pit the teams against each other to see who can raise the most money from the £50 provided by the Hospice.
Challenge Organiser Magda Korytkowska said: “This is our fifth Accumuator Challenge and during the previous four years our supporters have raised in excess of £70k. We are really excited to see what innovative fundraising initiatives the teams can come up with.
"They are competing for awards but, most importantly, they are securing much-needed funds to enable LOROS to provide free of charge services to our patients and their families."
