Mark Padgett celebrated his forthcoming 50th Birthday by organising a 'Let's Do it For LOROS' team fitness challenge event at his gym in Coalville on July 8th.
Mark is delighted to announce that so far £9,225 has been raised with more still to come.
Adrian Walker, Community & Challenge Events Lead at LOROS, said: A huge thank you to Mark for sharing his 50th Birthday with us and for raising such a fabulous amount for the Hospice.
"The money raised so far could pay for the cost of one of our specialist nurses for 13 weeks and a patient’s meals for 25 days.
"The donations we receive from our local community really do help us to continue our free, high-quality, compassionate care and support to terminally ill adult patients, their family and carers."
