The Iley Family, otherwise known as Team Steve, held their third annual fundraising event for LOROS raising money in memory of their Husband and Father Steve, who was cared for in LOROS in 2016.
Rebecca Iley said: "The family had been very crafty leading up to the event and set up a craft stall, with lots of handmade items, including a crocheted Paddington Bear, which was one of the first items to sell.
"Raffle prizes, including a Gin Hamper and designer handbags, proved very popular, as did the tombola with over 200 prizes.
"£1165.00 was raised on the day, with a further £90 online and more donations still to come!"
"Debbie Dickman, Fundraising Co-ordinator at LOROS, said: We are very grateful to the Iley family for their continued support to the Hospice in memory of Steve.
"Their total donations to date has reached an amazing £8402 with at least £150 more to come. This amount could pay for the cost of one of our specialist nurses for almost three months - thank you all so much for continuing to support us year on year."
