August saw the Fosse Brass Ensemble re-joined to host a packed out concert in support of LOROS, with additional chairs and tables having to be put out before the curtains went up! Some had even travelled from France to see the performance.
The concert was to remember founder members of the ensemble, Brian Mason and John Bryan, and also Phil Read who played with the group for many years.
Emma Jones, Fundraising Co-ordinator at LOROS, said: "It was a great night with a brilliant atmosphere, some fantastic soloists played including a debut performance from Jo & Lewis, a mother and son act which brought the house down.
"Over £700 was raised on the night which will make such a difference to the services and support LOROS offer, Thank you."
