Gilbert Scoular from Jenno Coffee House and Carl Nicol from Westcotes Flooring very kindly offered to sponsor our patients' drinks trolley; better known on the wards as our "Jolly Trolley"!
They were originally approached by our volunteer driver Kelvin Tiday and we are delighted that their support will keep us going for a whole year!
Carl said: "We had such an enlightening experience at LOROS Hospice this afternoon handing over a 12-month drinks sponsorship for the “Jolly Trolley". Hopefully, a drink will add a little sparkle for the patients and their families.
"We did notice that the place was really bright and cheery, the staff were bubbly and the patients in the social area were all very upbeat.
"It's great to be able to help one of Leicestershire’s finest assets."
