Last Thursday (24th October) Magdalena Korytkowska and Bruce Smith, our Partnership Development team, attended a cheque presentation from Paula Puttnam, local manager at Trustee Savings Bank, The Roundway, Leicester as a result of their fundraising effort for us under the Charity of the Year (COTY) scheme.
Bruce said: "Paula and the team at that branch have been supporting us for several years and their ongoing support is very much appreciated.
"The next challenge they have set themselves is to beat their total raised from selling LOROS Christmas cards last year. We delivered the cards during the visit and they have already made a start with selling them!”
"The £675 they donated could pay for 27 hours of care for one of our inpatients. Thank you to everyone who helped raise such an amazing amount."
