Back for a second year the Peatling Pearls, their families and members of the community hosted a brilliant Christmas Village and Christmas Tree Festival in December.
The main high street of Peatling Parva was decorated, the church was transformed into an amazing Christmas Tree Festival and the village hall was complete with an Elf Café, competitions and craft stalls. It was a great fun weekend for all!
The elves were busy and almost ran out of cake, the quizzes and tombola had some brilliant prizes and the Tree Festival was a great spectacle; an awful lot of thought had gone into the displays.
Over £3,500 has been raised for LOROS which is an incredible amount and will help ensure LOROS can continue providing the patient care and services to over 2,500 individuals across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.
A huge thank you to all volunteers and visitors who were involved with the event.
