The Eyebrook Walk is an annual event of the Rotary Club of Uppingham which is now held on the last Sunday of July each year. Participants are invited to start between 10 am and 12 noon. The course is a circumnavigation of the Eyebrook Reservoir in a clockwise direction. The course passes through the SSI surrounding the reservoir and then, once past the Fishing Lodge, it emerges onto quiet country by-roads.
The aim of the walk is to raise money principally for LOROS, our local hospice which serves Leicestershire and Rutland from its Leicester City base; 50% of proceeds will go to LOROS. The remainder will go to the Rotary Club of Uppingham Charitable Trust in support of our local charitable activity.
