Thanksgiving and Remembrance

Times: Fri 21st June at 6.30pm and Sun 23rd June at 11am

This page is for those who have been invited to join us at our Service of Thanksgiving and Remembrance, in which we will remember those who have died here over the past few months.

About this event

The service lasts for approximately half an hour and includes a time of remembrance, poetry and music. There is also the opportunity to write a brief message on a memory leaf and during the service we will show a roll of names of those we are remembering.

Free refreshments will be available before the service on Friday and before and after the service on Sunday. Doors will open 30 minutes before both services.

Parking will be available in the car park to the right of the main building. We would appreciate it if you would leave the car park at the front of the building free for families visiting the ward.

Please do not come to the Hospice if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or have tested positive within the last 10 days, or if you are living in the same household as someone that has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 7 days.

If you find that you are no longer able to attend please would you inform us as soon as possible so that we can offer your place(s) to someone else.
