Taking a short walk, going into nature, sitting reading a book, chatting to a friend, looking out of the window, screaming loudly on top of a hill- if it brings peace and calm back to your life then that is what you need to do more of! Life can be very full on, rushed, pressured, difficult- but if we can support you to make things easier then we will.
