Unicorn update (Pin Board)

Dementia Awareness Training – Just a quick reminder that we are all now required to complete mandatory 'Dementia Awareness Training'. The deadline for completion of this activity was the 31st March 2024. The compliance rate for this activity is currently at 85%. That’s 395 members of staff who have completed this learning but 71 members of staff who haven’t completed it. It should only take you approximately 30 minutes to complete so please complete it as soon as possible.

Medical Devices / Clinical Skills – This work is still ongoing, please bear with us.

SystmOne Care Plans – This learning has now been updated. If you are involved in care planning this learning will be in your Unicorn profile and should be completed within four weeks.

Unicorn app -Just a reminder that there is the app for Unicorn where you can view your profile and complete any outstanding activities. Just search for 'Access Learning' in your play store and download. Log in as if you were logging on via your computer.

Compliance

Clinical Staff– 87% - 280 activities across the clinical staff group that are incomplete

Non-Clinical Staff– 90% - 344 activities across the non-clinical staff group that are incomplete

These lower figures are likely due to the fact that staff are now due to complete annual and 3 yearly activities. If you have any overdue activities that you have not completed, please log into your Unicorn account and complete them as soon as possible.
