In celebration of our 40th anniversary in 2025, we are working hard to source stories from volunteers ranging from 1985, when we welcomed our first patient into the Hospice, up until today to be included in a lovely book. The book will focus on celebrating the time and effort our volunteers have put in over the years and the impact they have had on the Hospice.
If you know of any volunteers that you think would like to be involved or have gone that extra mile for LOROS please let our Volunteering team know. We'd love to share their stories and hear about their experiences and highlights of being a LOROS volunteer.
