It's lovely to share positive feedback that we receive from families of patients we care for. Natasha Kazinski received some lovely feedback with some heart warming words of thanks from a bereft relative recently. This ladies mum died in March 2024 and at Christmas 2024 took the time to drop the card off with some chocolates into the hospice for Natasha.
This is a very emotive read and sums up for me the role of a community CNS and I am very proud of my team and the work we do. It's such a privileged role.
