Colette Norman, Lottery Manager, is sadly moving on after 6.5 years at LOROS. Colette joined the team back in November 2017 after LOROS cared for her Mum, and then her Father-in-law in their final days. During this time we’ve seen many positive changes in the Lottery department, here are just a few of the highlights: all Lottery products moved online, ‘Keep the Change’ was implemented, donations was added to all Lottery products, the option to Play in Memory was added to raffle and lottery, single lottery tickets in shops was re-introduced, and paper raffle tickets in shops moved to digital sales.
It was a difficult decision for Colette to make, but she felt it was the right time to move forward in her career. She will be joining the Institution of Chemical Engineers as their Head of Qualifications in June, and is looking forward to a new challenge. Colette wanted to thank all who have supported her LOROS journey, and wishes all of her friends and colleagues well.
