We’re literally bursting with excitement to tell you that the £3,000 Spring into Summer Raffle has landed! Lucky Lottie will be back in pride of place in Hospice reception, and you won’t be able to miss our summery banner brightening the corridor.
Our raffle is kindly supported by David, who was a patient on our ward during March and April this year. David wanted to share his story to show what hospice care really means to a patient. You can read his full story here.
We’re delighted to have Jenno’s Coffee House and Ginger Print Solutions onboard once again, which means we can offer more prizes in the Fast Reply. So, don’t dawdle, spring over to the website to buy your ‘early bird’ tickets by Sunday 26th May, and you just might win vouchers to treat yourself to lunch, coffee and cake at Jenno’s (who now have cafes at Everards, Blaby AND Brockshill Country Park, Oadby)!
Or, why not be part of the big Hospice push to help kickstart our Spring campaign? We'd love for you to pop by for a chocolate treat, say hello to our volunteer Sue, and buy your tickets from her at the ‘Raffle @ Lunch’ stand in the social area on Tuesday 7th May or Friday 10th May.
Tickets are £1 each, or £5 a book, and both cash and card are accepted.
You can also pop along to your local LOROS shop and show your support there. We’re running a shop competition so the shop who sells the most raffle tickets over the campaign period, will win a little treat to share with their wonderful volunteers.
