Late last year, many of us joined together in workshops to help shape ideas for our vision of the future. Over the last few months, with the support of the Board of Trustees and the Senior Leadership Team, we have shaped these ideas into a remarkable view of what LOROS will look like in 2028 – We’re calling this vison our Big Picture.
Rob and the Senior Leadership Team would love to share the Big Picture with you and talk through some of the vital strategic initiatives that we’ll be working on over the next few years. To do this there will be a number of presentations in the Centre for Excellence throughout November and December:

As our plans begin to roll out over the next few months, please can everyone in LOROS attend one of these presentations. To book on a presentation, please email Becca with your preferred and reserve date, places are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Our Enterprise and Ward colleagues will receive these presentations as part of their planned away days in November and December, so no need to book on if you work for one of these teams and are attending the team away days. If you are unsure, please speak to your Line Manager.
