SelectHR upgrade: Successful launch and what’s next 

The HR Team are pleased to announce the successful go-live of the SelectHR upgrade! After months of planning, development, and testing, the enhanced system is now live and accessible to all users. This includes Ward users whom previously did not have access. 

What’s new? 
The upgraded SelectHR brings several improvements to make managing HR processes more intuitive and efficient. Some of the key enhancements include: 

  • User-friendly interface: Navigating the system is now smoother, with a cleaner design and simplified processes. 

  • Improved functionality: Tasks such as updating personal details and accessing HR resources have been streamlined to save you time. 

  • Adding Equality data: Soon the ability to add your own EDI data securely and accurately will be in your hands. 

And for Ward users, you can now access, view and download your current and past payslips online. (Ward users will continue to book annual leave in the usual way, there is no change to this) 

Support and Resources 
We’ve provided plenty of support to ensure everyone can get the most out of the new system. If you haven’t already, check out the dedicated Workspace user guide for step-by-step instructions on how to use the new features.
