About the programme
Wellbeing Matters is a fully funded learning and development program designed to support the wellbeing and engagement of LLR System colleagues and fully supported by the Alliance.
Increase self-awareness and understanding of one’s own wellbeing i.e. the importance of their own wellbeing and looking after themselves
Support themselves, colleagues, and service users with develop, use and embed new practices
Engage participants and strengthen their sense of belonging in their organisations and know they are valued
Outcome
The programme leads participants, with minimum demand on their time, to develop a fresh mindset and an accompanying set of practices that are proactive, rather than simply responding to circumstances. The benefits to participants, their peers and their communities are long lasting, well beyond the participation in the programme.
The programme spans 10 weeks and includes fortnightly, interactive virtual sessions lasting 1.5 hours. In between these sessions participants meet with their practice partners to share reflections and experiences; usually about 30 minutes and organised by the practice partnership group themselves.
There are NO marked assignments, the focus is on reflective practice.
