LOROS are seeking a commercial aware Area Manager to develop a talented team to maximise each shops full potential within 10-15 locations and our Online Sales Team. Our Area Managers have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task, and whom have a strong passion for sustainable Retail.
To succeed in this role it is essential you have experience of managing multi-site operations preferably within the Retail sector or from the fashion or hospitality background. Key responsibilities would include motivating and coaching your Shop Managers and team of volunteers to thrive in each location, ensuring each shop is managed effectively. Problem solving is key.
The role requires numeracy, literacy, and proven sales innovation. Good IT skills are required along with sound knowledge of EPOS and stock auditing. As well as confidently able to analyse reports and commercial information to improve the performance of our shops. As an Area Manager you would be required to identify current retail trends and monitor competitor activity locally, online and nationally, reporting and responding where appropriate. You also identify underachieving shops and create plans to support their development.
Driving Licence and use of a vehicle is required for the role. Mileage expenses can be claimed.

£25,213 per annum
37.5 hours per week worked over 5 days including alternate weekends

Wk 2: Mon to Thurs 5pm - 8pm | Fridays 5pm-9pm | Sat & Sun Days Off
Salary £11.44 per hour
