ABOUT US
LOROS Hospice will be opening an innovative new large concept shop in the centre of Leicester in autumn 2024 that seeks to take the idea of sustainable shopping to the next level. We are looking for a passionate Deputy Manager to support our Retail Manager in bringing this vision to life in a one-of-a-kind shop.
LOROS Hospice is a local charity and every year we care for over 2,500 people at end of life across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. Our stores offer diverse stock, raising vital funds for our patients and families.

WHAT IT TAKES
Do you have the ideas to take a concept and turn it into reality? Our way of sustainable shopping will be new to Leicester City Centre, and we need someone who can connect with our beloved customers and the way they like to shop. Is this you?
Can you bring a new approach to these areas?
· Creating and leading a new customer experience
· Inspiring a dynamic team of amazing volunteers
· Cutting edge visual merchandising
· Ownership of stock replenishment and influencing store layouts
· Promote the shop through recruitment and coaching of volunteering
· Liaise with warehouse managers and other shops to tailor the stores stock package to suit local markets and seasonal changes.
· Drive sales by analysing trends and networking locally to develop the shop's marketing calendar

LOROS INPATIENT WARD
Registered Nurse (Adult Branch)
Salary: £28,161 - £34,614 per annum
Full time and part time available with shifts worked over a varied shift pattern early/late/night shift or 12-hour shift patterns including weekends and Bank Holidays
Current NHS pension members can continue in the scheme under LOROS’ direction body status and NHS service will be taken into consideration in relation to annual leave entitlement
Bank Registered Nurse (Adult Branch)
Salary: £14.44 to £17.75 per hour
You must be able to commit to completing all mandatory training and to work at least 7.5 hours every month
