HR Advisor

£29,329 per annum, plus more benefits

37.5 hours per week, flexible working options can be discussed at interview

  • Ensure high level of people management and performance through coaching operational managers and advising colleagues on employee relations issues.

  • Undertake a range of HR project work to innovate improvements to people management across the Charity.

In this role you’ll build relationships with managers to influence and improve operational people management delivery while also owning and delivering projects to increase the value of people processes across the organisation.  

Working within a motivated team of professionals, you’ll get to use your skills and experience to provide managers with high quality HR coaching and advice on the full range of employee relations matters such as absence management, capability, disciplinary and grievance processes and organisational design.

A further key part of the role is the design and execution of projects to both strengthen HR practices and increase the capacity and impact of the function. You will be delivering HR projects across a variety of areas including reward and recognition, talent management and performance.

You will need to be CIPD qualified and have a good knowledge on employment law, case law and HR practices combined with ability to create commercial and pragmatic solutions. Project delivery experience and relationship building are also important attributes.
