Responsibilities & Requirements

This is an opportunity for an efficient administrator looking for a role with massive purpose to join the HR team.

 

In this role you will complete all onboarding and recruitment activity for your designated area(s) of responsibility within the organisation but providing support to other members of the team as required.  Also, in this role you will assist managers and employees by delivering excellent HR administration support.

 

We will support you to develop subject matter expertise as a focused and efficient contributor to the team, enabling you to assist with initial questions and queries but escalating as required.

 

To succeed in this role you will need excellent administration skills and attention to detail, and need to be proficient with Microsoft Office packages.  Previous use of an online database would be advantageous as this role will predominately be using our HRIS, SelectHR.  Full training will be provided to enable you to deliver end-to-end recruitment support and HR Administration to enable you to deliver excellent HR administration support to the team and wider organisation.  This is part of a job share with an existing employee.
