Responsibilities & Requirements

As a pivotal member of our teams, you will be responsible for providing essential PA duties while also managing the day to day operations of our organisations LMS system.

This role requires strong coordination skills, the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, and a proven track record of meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing Personal Assistant support to the LOROS Centre For Excellence Director

  • Managing the operations of the organisations LMS system

  • Coordinating and supporting various projects and tasks effectively

  • Database management

  • Prioritising work load effectively

  • Demonstrating a proactive and self-starting attitude

  • Exercising discretion and confidentiality

 

Person Specification

  • Previous experience in PA role or similar

  • Proficiency in database management

  • Excellent computer skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experience working with learning management systems or similar systems

  • Experience producing professional reports and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work on own initiative.
