Job description

Salary – £35,463 to £42,841 per annum, pro rata

Hours – 30 hours

About the role

We are currently recruiting a Practice Development Practitioner to work in the Hospice and across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. 

 

The successful candidate will facilitate learning through leading, co-ordinating, delivering and training short courses and study days with a particular emphasis on palliative, end of life care and communication skills. 

 

You will also support clinical staff to develop academic, mentoring and coaching skills; help to address the educational requirements of practice as identified by line manager, Heads of Department, team leaders and Educators.
