The Big Day Out mini festival takes place at Kelmarsh Hall, near Market Harborough, on Saturday.
Organisers hope to raise £20,000 for hospices LOROS and Rainbows.
Queen tribute band QE2, former X Factor finalist Rachel Adedeji and Leicester singer Jersey Budd are among the acts taking part.
There will also be a fireworks display, a children's mini disco, fairground rides, inflatables and dozens of arts, crafts and market stalls.
The festival runs from 2pm to 10pm.
LOROS corporate fundraiser Alex Gamble said: "It's going to be fantastic and we hope to raise in the region of £20,000, to be split equally between both charities."
Advance tickets cost £10 for a family, or £4 per adult and £2 per child under 16, rising to £7 per adult on the day and £4 per child.
However, there are 30 free family tickets (two adults and two children) to give away.
All you have to do to have a chance of winning is answer this question:
Which band will Saturday's headline act be emulating on the day?
The deadline for entries is 3pm today.
