LOROS Hospice has announced that more beds are to reopen on its inpatient ward thanks to additional funding from the NHS, but seven more are required to meet demand.
Jacob Marshall is taking on the Texas Marathon in February 2026 in memory of his Dad, Simon, who was cared for on our inpatient ward earlier this year. Here is his story.

There is a powerful story behind Sir Stomp-a-lot and his new home. Mary Knight bid for the coin-covered elephant in our Stomp Round Leicester Auction back in October and then donated him back to the Hospice in memory of her husband, Mark Warner.
