Palmers Garden Centre is holding a Charity Dinner Dance to raise funds for local hospice, LOROS.
Cloudy skies and intermittent showers didn’t keep away the garden lovers visiting the Thurcaston and Cropston Open Gardens on the last weekend in June.
There will be a new-look LOROS magazine published in mid-January and it needs a new name!
During the months of March to June local companies competed in the LOROS Accumulator Challenge and raised in excess of £6,000 for LOROS
As part of National Hospice Care Week, the annual non uniform/dress down day, is an easy way to help raise awareness of Hospices across the country.
Caroline wanted to say thank you to LOROS for the exceptional care and thoughtfulness shown to her father and the rest of her family during his stay at the hospice. She did this by raising an incredible £1500 by completing a skydive at Langar airfield.
